Free Mom Hugs
Free Mom Hugs is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community through visibility, education, and, of course, hugs. Our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that every person feels seen, valued, and loved exactly as they are. At Pride, we show up as moms, dads, allies, and advocates offering what many in the LGBTQ+ community have been denied—unconditional love, affirmation, and support. With open arms and full hearts, we provide free hugs to anyone who needs one, creating moments of connection that can be healing, joyful, and deeply meaningful. Whether someone is celebrating, searching, or simply showing up as their authentic self, we are here to say: you are worthy, you belong, and you are loved. Because sometimes, a hug can change everything.
